DarkBear Defense Systems + Design Lab – Information Notice on Suggestions and Complaint Procedures
As DarkBear Defense Systems + Design Lab (“DarkBear”), we respect and value the privacy of personal information. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the use and protection of your personal data under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
As DarkBear, acting as the data controller, your personal data will be processed for the purposes of managing customer service processes, managing customer relations, handling customer complaints, managing customer satisfaction activities, establishing and increasing customer loyalty to company services, conducting identity verification activities, providing personalized products and services, managing customer service activities through internet and mobile channels, and recording notifications such as complaints, objections, requests, suggestions, and satisfaction in our notification management system to provide you with better service. These processes will be based on the legal reason under Article 5, Paragraph 2(f) of the KVKK, which states that “processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.” Your data will also be shared with third parties for these same purposes and legal reasons.
Your personal data is collected through the forms you fill out, the contact form on our website, social media, email, post-sales support services, or customer satisfaction websites.
As the owner of personal data, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions specified in the relevant legislation,
- To request that third parties, to whom your personal data has been transferred, are informed of any corrections, deletions, or destruction of your personal data,
- To object to any adverse result arising from the analysis of your processed personal data exclusively by automated systems,
- To request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your requests regarding these rights outlined in Article 11 of the KVKK by filling out the Relevant Person Application Form and following the procedure stipulated in Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

- Through the contact section of the DarkBear website or any other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority in the future.
